{"componentChunkName":"component---src-templates-event-js","path":"/events/2012-10-17","result":{"data":{"markdownRemark":{"html":"<p>American man of letters and numbers - and patterns and puzzles - Martin Gardner\n(1914-2010) wrote about 100 books, starting with\n<em>Fads and Fallacies in the Name of Science</em> sixty years ago. That lead to his\nplaying a founding role in CSICOP (Committee for the Scientific Investigation\nof Claims of the Paranormal), and the Skeptical Inquirer magazine.
